RHIZOMEの生産状況の進捗について
その後もメーカーに進捗確認を行っておりますが、問題となっているRHIZOMEのキネティックアートディスクの製造委託先からメーカーに先週連絡があり、盤面の抜き出し加工を行った後に行われるエッチング加工について、やりなおしをする必要があるとのこと。
これにより、さらに2週間程度の遅れが発生する見込みです。予想外の遅延が生じ、皆様には本当に大変申し訳なく思っております。ご参考までに抜き出し加工直後のキネティックアートディスクの写真を掲載させていただきます。
また最新の情報が入り次第、皆様には共有させていただきますが、もう少々お待ちいただければ幸いです。
“No good information I'm afraid, the supplier just told me last week that they have to redo the etching process (where they cut out the shape), which increases the delay by around 2 weeks more. Really sorry about this. This is hurting us a lot, too, to be honest, as the holidays are coming up, and it should be the highest period of sales right now, and we have no stock. In any case, here's a photo of one of the discs half-completed.”
