How to Support Our Crowdfunding Project from Outside Japan
The crowdfunding platform “Kibidango” does not support address input options for countries outside of Japan. Therefore, we would like to guide you on how to support our project using PayPal. By following the steps below, you can directly engage with our shop.

Product Delivery Only If the Project Succeeds
You will receive the product only if the project is successful. If the project does not reach its goal, the full amount will be refunded.
How to Support Using PayPal
・If you have a PayPal account: Please log in to proceed with the payment. If you have the PayPal app on your smartphone, it will automatically launch.
・If you do not have an account: You can still proceed with the payment by entering your credit card details and shipping address. However, depending on your country, you might be required to create a PayPal account. Please check the PayPal official website for further information.
About Fees
When sending money to Japan via PayPal, a fee of 3% of the total amount will be charged and will be included in the transaction price.

200 USD: Full set of the electronic kiseru, thank-you gift. This amount covers the purchase price.
20 USD: Extension parts for the electronic kiseru, thank-you gift. This amount covers the purchase price.
For those who have made a payment, we will deliver the product after June 2025, after the crowdfunding campaign ends.
The money will arrive at our store about one month after crowdfunding ends.
After that, several parts will be manufactured.
This manufacturing takes three months.
We aim to deliver within six months of success.

If the crowdfunding project is successful, we will develop and send novelty items featuring the "Denshikiseru" logo as a token of our appreciation.

Refund Policy
The project will start on September 26th and is scheduled to end on November 25th.
However, if the project is successful, the end date may be extended at the discretion of KIBIDANGO and me.
If you would like a refund or if the project is not successful, refund procedures will be carried out from the month following the end of the project.
If you transfer via PayPal, the refund will be processed in your PayPal account.
You may need to contact us for the procedure. Please provide us with an email address where you can be contacted.
